Booking and Payment Policy Agreement
Effective date: 1st August, 2024.
This Booking and Payment Policy Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between C&S Travel Club ("Club") and the undersigned traveler ("Traveler"). By signing this Agreement, Traveler agrees to abide by the policies and guidelines set forth herein.
1. Booking and Payment
a. All bookings must be made through the C&S Travel Club website or agents.
b. Costs will not be changed at any time and for any reason once payment is made in full on booking.
c. For those booking a payment plan package, the costs are subject to change based on the time of ticket purchase. Purchase will be recognized when a significant amount is paid that covers the ticket.
2a. Deposit to Hold Spot
1. A non-refundable payment of 100 TTD is required to hold your spot for 30 days, after which, it goes towards your total payment. If the time expires before the agreed payment is made, there is no refund and your spot will be given to someone else.
2b.Payment Plans
a. Full Payment Plan
b. 2-Month Payment Plan: 50% down payment to secure spot.
c. 3-Month Payment Plan: 33% down payment to secure spot.
d. 6-Month Payment Plan: Approximately 1500 TTD per month until balance is cleared.
All payment plans are given 30 days after your deposit to make your first payment.
3.Late Payments
a. Based on the chosen plan, Traveler must make the required payment on or before the payment date.
b. There will be a grace period of 24 hours after the agreed date for payment to be made without a penalty.
c. If payment has not been made during the grace period, the full deposit made thus far, is non-refundable and will be considered forfeited, and the trip will be canceled for the said individual or individuals, without contest.
4.Warning Call
- All travelers will receive an email reminder 7 days before agreed payment date, then warning call from our office when the package payment is within the 24-hour grace period and be informed of the consequences of non-payment.
5.Receipt Of Payment
1. All travelers will receive a receipt via email upon Club Office receiving the payment. All Travelers have the right to request a read out of all payments made at anytime.
